Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the InfyniaLabs Travel website and its "Plan your itinerary" chat, run by InfyniaLabs LLP ("we", "us").

1. What we provide

A planning service. We research flights, stays, activities and, where relevant, visa requirements, and send you a planning itinerary. A planning itinerary is not a booking. Nothing is reserved, held or confirmed until we tell you so in writing and you agree to proceed.

2. Cost of using the service, and prices

Planning with us is free at present. We may introduce paid features in future. If we do, we will tell you clearly first and will not charge you for anything without your agreement.
Prices in an itinerary are indicative. Fares, room rates and availability change, and may differ when you book.
Each price page shows a validity date. After it, prices must be checked again.
Your price page shows, as separate lines, the category totals, our convenience fee (our charge for planning and coordinating), and visa government and service fees where relevant. Taxes are shown as applicable.
Where a figure comes from a single source or is our estimate, we say so.
The convenience fee is charged only if you decide to go ahead and book through us; asking for an itinerary does not oblige you to book or to pay.

3. Visas and travel requirements

Visa and entry information is guidance based on official sources at the time we checked. It is not legal or immigration advice, and we cannot guarantee that any visa will be granted. The final decision always rests with the issuing authority. You are responsible for holding valid travel documents.

4. No payments on this site

This website does not take payments or card details. If you decide to go ahead, we will explain how and when payment is made and what the cancellation and change terms are before you pay anything.

5. Using the chat

Please give accurate information and use the chat only to plan a real trip for yourself or your group.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content. We may limit or block access if we see misuse.
Your private link gives access to your conversation. Keep it safe: anyone who has it can read and continue the conversation.
Our planners use AI assistants, and a person reviews every itinerary before it is sent. Even so, please check details that matter to you (timings, requirements, health and safety) before relying on them.

6. Availability

The planning desk is sometimes closed or at capacity. When it is, you can leave your details and we will contact you. We do not promise the service will always be available.

7. Photos and content

Photographs on this site are used under open licences and credited in the footer. The itineraries we produce are for your personal use.

8. Liability

Flights, hotels, transport, activities and visas are provided by third parties (airlines, hotels, operators and government authorities). Their own terms apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays or cancellations except as the law requires.
We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative prices, availability, timings or visa guidance before a booking is confirmed to you in writing.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example lost bookings, missed events or lost income), and our total liability to you for the planning service is limited to the amount you have paid us for that service, which is nil while it is free.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be waived by agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a consumer commission, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Please write to our Grievance Officer, Om Parkash Kharbash, at support@infynialabs.com first; we aim to acknowledge within 7 days and resolve within 30 days.
