What do I actually get?
A magazine-style PDF itinerary: a welcome page, a week at a glance, a day-by-day plan with photography, recommended stays and flight options, practical notes, and a price page with every line shown.
How long does it take?
We usually come back within one business day for a single destination, and a little longer for multi-city trips. If we need something from you, the Desk will ask in the chat.
Are the prices final?
No. They are indicative until anything is booked, because fares and rates move. Every price page shows a validity date, and we say clearly where a figure comes from one source or is an estimate.
What is the convenience fee?
It is our charge for planning and coordinating your trip, shown as its own line on your price page so nothing is hidden. Visa fees are always separate lines too.
Do you help with visas?
Yes, as guidance. We check requirements from official sources, build a document checklist and tell you the latest safe date to apply. We cannot promise approval; that is always the issuing authority's decision.
Who plans my trip?
A mix of AI assistants that do the research and our team, who review every itinerary and price before it is released to you.
Can I come back to my chat?
Yes. After you start, you get a private link. Open it on any device to carry on. Keep it safe: anyone with the link can read the conversation.
What if the chat says you are busy?
Sometimes our planning desk is offline or at capacity. Leave your details and your trip idea and we will contact you as soon as we can.
What happens to my data?
